When I first heard the price of the Sony Xperia™ Pureness. ($990) and then heard you can only purchase it from Saks, my first thought was that I should go check it out before I gave it the judgment of just another expensive luxury phone with no real features.

Pros? The Sony Xperia Pureness is sincerely groundbreaking. Not only is it the first mobile phone with a see-through liquid crystal LCD screen, but it also has this smart miniaturization technology… the battery, memory card and antenna is so small, it’s almost scary.

But that’s not all; with the Sony Xperia Pureness fashion really meets luxury technology. If you own this baby you’ll notice two things. First, the keys only light up on when you touch it, so they stay hidden. And secondly, the best part, it come with Pureness concierge service which provide members with 24 hour concierge services in cities around the world…for just about any need you may have.

I repeat… 24 hour concierge service…for any need. If that’s not fabulous technology, I don’t know what is.

The Cons? Well.. the specifications below speak for themselves. The free memory varies from phone pre-configuration, and it only comes in black. Another con, besides the concierge service don’t expect an iPhone experience… this phone is about fashion, luxury, beauty, unique technology but not techie like features.

Depending on how much of a techie you may be, this phone may or may not be for you. This is definitely for someone who wants luxury over serious features. However the technology is better than most luxury phones.
